Clarice Dale is a Policy Advisor in the Strategic Policy & Planning Division at the Ministry of Indigenous Affairs and First Nations Economic Reconciliation (IAFNER). With a decade of experience in economic development across the Ontario Public Service, she has led key policy work and Indigenous partner engagement to advance economic reconciliation, including collaborations with OFNEDA.
Clarice joined IAFNER in 2022, contributing policy support to programs like the New Relationship Fund and the Indigenous Procurement Program. Her earlier roles included work at the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economic Development, with a focus on northern regional policy. Before joining the public service, she worked for the City of Toronto and Historica Canada.
A lifelong resident of Tkaronto (Toronto), Treaty 13 Territory, Clarice holds an Honours BA from the University of Toronto and a Master of Public Policy from Western University. She is also the proud mother of a ten-year-old daughter.
