Liz Cripps holds a degree in Political Science and Sociology from McMaster University, where she served as Academic Vice President of Social Sciences and helped establish the Experiential Education program. She also holds certifications in Project Management, Business Analysis, and Robotic Process Automation. With over 20 years of software development experience, Liz founded WACADS Group Inc., a company focused on responsible AI, automation, and custom applications. She actively supports her community, serving on the Board of Directors and managing teams within the Ontario Minor Hockey Association. Liz is a founding member of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Joint Task Force, advocating for equitable opportunities in sports, and regularly organizes food and clothing drives for local causes. Balancing a thriving career and family life, Liz is a wife and mother of three boys. Her dedication to innovation, equity, and community defines her as a passionate and impactful leader.
