This document outlines the guidelines for transferring free or discounted tickets received through OFNEDA Memberships and sponsorships.

Membership Ticket Allocation

The following rules apply to ticket allocations for various OFNEDA membership types:

• OFNEDA First Nation Community Membership: One free ticket is allocated to the primary member. Travel will be provided for one participant as per OFNEDA guidelines.
  
  
• OFNEDA Associate Membership: One free ticket is allocated to the member.
  
  
• OFNEDA Entrepreneur Membership: 50% discount for one ticket.
  
  

Ticket Transfer Rules

The following guidleines govern the transfer of tickets received through OFNEDA memberships:

• Tickets allocated to "OFNEDA First Nation Community" memberships, "OFNEDA Associate" memberships, and discounted tickets from "OFNEDA Entrepreneur" memberships may be transferred to another individual within the same First Nation or organization.
  
  
• Tickets cannot be transferred to individuals outside the organization that holds the OFNEDA Membership.
  
  

Sponsor Ticket Allocation and Transfer

Sponsors who receive free tickets as part of their sponsorship agreement are permitted to assign the tickets to whomever they choose. All attendees must complete the standard conference registration form.

Complimentary Tickets

If a complimentary ticket was issued under the condition of an associated sponsorship or OFNEDA membership, please be advised that full payment for the respective sponsorship or membership must be received prior to the commencement of the conference.
