A proud member of Biinjitiwaabik Zaaging Anishinaabek and a proud mother of three children, Amber brings a grounded, people-first approach to her work, guided by respect, accountability, culture, family, and community.
Through her role with AETS, Amber contributes to initiatives that strengthen employment readiness, skills development, participant support, employer engagement, partnerships, and community engagement across the region. She is passionate about helping individuals access the tools, resources, and supports they need to move forward with confidence.
Known for her collaborative leadership style, strong organizational skills, and natural ability to connect with people, Amber works effectively with community members, employers, service providers, leadership, partners, colleagues, and program participants.
