
Jennifer Ménard-Shand is a humble First Nations Ojibwe and French-Canadian wife, mother, entrepreneur, and speaker. She is the Founder & CEO of Staff Shop, an award-winning certified diverse staffing, search and people strategy firm serving clients across North America, and the creator of FireFlames, a premium hot sauce brand rooted in creativity and reconciliation through entrepreneurship.
Her journey—from launching a division within one of Toronto’s top recruitment agencies to acquiring it and transforming it into Staff Shop—reflects her resilience and vision for legacy-building. A survivor of abuse, abandonment, and trauma, Jennifer shares her story to inspire leaders, organizations, and communities to break cycles, rise above adversity, and realize their full potential.
She also serves on the board of Victim Services Toronto, advocating against human trafficking and violence.
Guided by her core values of faith, passion, and freedom, Jennifer lives by one of many truths: God is love, and love always wins.
