Sean Morgan serves as the Director of Purchasing andPurchasing Agent at the City of Brampton. His experience spans over 25 years inthe public and private sectors, leading and improving procurement processes andpractices at complex, large-scale enterprise organizations, includinghospitals, universities, and government entities.
Prior to his current role, Sean has served in executivemanagement capacities at the University of Toronto, the Toronto TransitCommission (TTC), SickKids Hospital, and Hewlett Packard. Sean holds a degreein Political Science and Administration from York University and a diploma inProcurement from Fanshawe College.
Specializing in the advancement of innovative and equitableprocurement, Sean leverages his breadth of experience to advance andoperationalize Innovation and Sustainability procurement frameworks acrossorganizations.
Sean brings valuable insights into accessing major publicand private sector contracts, along with the related challenges, opportunities,and constraints involved. Sean will also be available for further informationon Wednesday, September 16th at the City of Brampton booth.
